Unum wins ForgeRock’s Customer Experience Innovator Award
At its IDLive 2022 conference, ForgeRock honored Unum with their Customer Experience Innovator Award.
During the presentation, a ForgeRock representative said Unum earned the honor for having an optimal customer experience as part of our mission, for providing personalized customer experiences, and for rolling out a single customer portal – across global markets – all while keeping a frictionless customer experience top of mind.
Rahul Puvvada, IAM Principal Security Engineer, accepted the award on behalf of the company.
